Terms of Service

1. Service

MyCampus provides multi-tenant school CRM and LMS software. Schools receive accounts for administrators, instructors, students, and optionally parents/guardians.

2. School responsibilities

  • Obtain any consents required for student and parent accounts
  • Configure access according to legitimate educational interest
  • Use share links carefully; treat them as sensitive capability URLs
  • Execute a DPA / FERPA-SOPIPA addendum where required

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no scraping of student records, no attempts to bypass access controls, and no use of the service to advertise to students.

4. Data ownership

Pupil and school records remain under the school's control. On contract end, schools may export data and request deletion per the DPA.

5. Availability & changes

We may update features and these terms with notice to school admins. For security practices see Trust Center.
